Last updated: 29 September 2026

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eloura Beauty sells beauty, cosmetic, home and lifestyle products through its online store.
For online sales, we provide customers with information about the business, products, prices, delivery and applicable terms before an order is placed. UK rules require online sellers to provide key business and product information and to give customers a durable copy of the contract information.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission;
- introduce malicious software or other harmful material; or
- misuse our website in any way.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Eloura Beauty where the law requires you to be an adult to enter into the relevant contract.
Certain products may have additional age restrictions or usage requirements. Where applicable, these will be stated on the relevant product page.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen;
- packaging may occasionally differ from photographs;
- manufacturers may update packaging or product presentation;
- measurements and product specifications may have reasonable variations.
Where there is a material difference between the product supplied and the product description, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Under UK consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must generally be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
5. Beauty and Cosmetic Products
Before using any beauty or cosmetic product, you should carefully read the product description, ingredients, warnings, instructions and precautions provided with the product.
Where appropriate, we recommend performing a patch test before applying a cosmetic product more widely, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
A patch test does not replace following the manufacturer's instructions or seeking appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
You should stop using a product if you experience an adverse reaction and seek appropriate medical advice if required.
Eloura Beauty does not guarantee that a cosmetic product will be suitable for every individual.
6. Cosmetic Product Compliance
Where Eloura Beauty supplies cosmetic products to customers in Great Britain, applicable UK cosmetic-product requirements must be complied with.
Cosmetic products made available to consumers in Great Britain must have an appropriate Responsible Person, and relevant requirements include product safety, appropriate labelling, a Product Information File, safety assessment and notification to the Office for Product Safety and Standards where required. A Responsible Person may be a business or an individual, including a sole trader.
Customers should always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with cosmetic products.
7. Ingredients
Where applicable, ingredients will be displayed on the product packaging and/or product information.
If you have an allergy, intolerance or other concern about an ingredient, please check the ingredients carefully before purchasing or using a product.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before use.
8. Home and Lifestyle Products
Some products sold by Eloura Beauty may be intended for use in or around the home.
Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and safety information.
Products should not be used for purposes for which they were not designed.
Where a product contains specific safety instructions or warnings, customers should read and follow them before use.
9. Product Safety
We take product safety seriously.
If you believe a product supplied by us is unsafe, defective or may present a safety risk, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs and details of the issue.
We may request additional information so that we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
10. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee that the item will remain available until your order is completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable item.
11. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
As Eloura Beauty is not currently VAT registered, our prices do not include VAT charged by Eloura Beauty.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.
If we discover a genuine pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order where appropriate.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be used after their expiry date;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- promotional offers may have exclusions; and
- promotional offers are subject to availability.
Any specific terms relating to a promotion will be displayed with that promotion.
13. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After receiving your order, we will normally send an order confirmation email.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if we identify an issue that prevents us from fulfilling it.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address provided; or
- there is another legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
14. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment information is processed through the payment provider selected through our Shopify store.
We do not normally have access to your full payment-card details.
15. Delivery
We will deliver orders to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless we have specifically agreed a guaranteed delivery date.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe.
Unless otherwise agreed, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days.
16. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- postal or courier delays;
- strikes;
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- government restrictions;
- transport disruption;
- technical failures; or
- other events beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
17. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us at:
We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
18. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods generally passes to you when you, or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods, physically receives them, subject to applicable law.
Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered to you, subject to applicable law.
19. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For most goods, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
You must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.
You can contact us at:
Email: sales@elourabeauty.co.uk
Telephone: 07501408673
Address: 42 Philpott Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 4RL, United Kingdom
You may use the cancellation form included at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you are not required to use that exact form.
20. Returning Cancelled Goods
If you cancel your order under the statutory cancellation rights, you normally need to return the goods to us within 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Unless we have agreed to collect the goods, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law permits this.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you could inspect them in a shop.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has consequently been reduced, applicable law may allow us to account for that reduction.
21. Exceptions to the Cancellation Right
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right.
For example, this can include sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
This may apply to certain beauty and cosmetic products.
Any statutory exception will only apply where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
22. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will generally include the cost of the basic/standard delivery option you selected.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we generally only have to refund the amount equivalent to the least expensive standard delivery option available.
We will normally issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
23. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives:
- damaged;
- faulty;
- defective;
- incomplete; or
- materially different from what you ordered,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
UK consumer law provides protections where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
24. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will not attempt to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, we do not exclude responsibility for faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
Consumer contract terms must be fair and transparent, and unfair terms may not be binding on consumers.
25. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Eloura Beauty website, including:

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to Eloura Beauty, you confirm that:
- it is your own content or you have permission to use it;
- it does not infringe another person's rights;
- it is not unlawful, threatening, abusive or misleading; and
- it does not contain malicious software.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you give Eloura Beauty permission to use, reproduce and display that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that we reasonably consider inappropriate, unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

- where applicable, sending marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.
29. Email Marketing
Where you have provided appropriate consent, or where another lawful basis applies, we may send you marketing communications about Eloura Beauty products, offers and services.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email or by contacting us.
30. Website Accounts
If you create an account with Eloura Beauty, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure.
You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.
31. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including certain liability relating to death or personal injury caused by negligence and statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, we will only be responsible for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and arise from our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
32. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- war or civil unrest;
- government action;
- strikes;
- transport disruption;
- telecommunications failures;
- power failures;
- cyber incidents; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform customers of significant disruption and take reasonable steps to minimise its effect.

35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in force when you place your order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to an existing relationship in accordance with applicable law.
The latest version will be available on our website.
36. Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
